At pure health peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and exchange policy below before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (peptides and other sensitive biological materials), we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped, unless required by applicable law.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.


2. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only in the following situations:

  • The package was lost in transit (with shipping insurance purchased).
  • The package was held by customs and cannot be delivered.
  • The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

All exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.


3. Incorrect Orders

If you entered the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or exchange the product.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all order and shipping information before checkout.

4. Free Reshipment Policy

  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit or held by customs, and shipping insurance was purchased, we will provide one free reshipment.
  • Reshipments may take additional time depending on the destination and customs processing.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a replacement for damaged, lost, or customs-held packages:

6. Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be returned or exchanged for personal preference once shipped.

  • We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
